HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATIONS

A controlled path for healthcare—not a marketing badge.

Calls to Customers can prepare healthcare call, scheduling, queue, transfer, and messaging workflows. The standard service must not receive protected health information. A healthcare deployment is activated only after its legal agreements, vendors, hosting, data flow, and operational safeguards pass a separate review.

!
Current status: healthcare readiness available; PHI processing is not automatically enabled.

A website, encryption, or vendor checkbox alone does not establish HIPAA compliance. Each healthcare customer remains responsible for its own policies, workforce, risk analysis, and legal review.

01

Agreement gate

No PHI is enabled until BAAs with every required service provider and the healthcare customer are executed.

02

Data minimization

Prompts and forms collect only the minimum information needed for the approved workflow.

03

Protected transport

TLS, authenticated webhooks, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access are required.

04

Recording controls

The opening script discloses recording, collects consent, and supports pause or redaction rules.

05

Audit and retention

Access, changes, incidents, retention periods, and secure deletion are documented and reviewable.

06

Safe messaging

SMS and email avoid PHI unless the exact channel and content have been approved for the customer.
